Managing events requires an exceptionally wide range of general knowledge and experience but the one aspect of events in which coordinators despise working on is the technical equipment and all that relates to it. For example: What aspect ratio will the PowerPoint presentations be in? Will the lighting be sufficient, is there money being spent on equipment that is not needed? These types of responsibilities should not remain with the coordinator and that is the purpose of this blog.
